INTRODUCTION
Research Methodology Workshop, first held in 2024 and organized summer and winter sessions, is designed for graduate students in OB/ HRM and related fields. The workshop aims to deepen their understanding of social science research methodologies and to provide the knowledge and experience necessary for academic writing. Through this program, participants systematically acquire the foundational competencies required for their development as researchers.
Summer Workshop: The summer session is intended for graduate students at the early stage of their research journey. It emphasizes fundamental concepts of research design and offers hands-on practice with statistical software. Participants acquire essential skills and knowledge in basic statistical analysis, thereby establishing the groundwork for academic research.
- Winter Workshop: The winter session is designed for graduate students seeking to advance as researchers. It focuses on further enhancing research competence by providing a comprehensive understanding of the academic publication process and training in advanced statistical analysis. Through this program, participants strengthen the depth of their scholarly research.
연구방법론 워크샵은 2024년에 처음 시작하여 하계와 동계 두 차례로 운영되고 있습니다. 본 워크샵은 인사조직 분야 및 인접 전공 대학원생을 대상으로 하며, 사회과학 연구방법론을 이해하고 논문 작성에 필요한 경험과 지식을 공유하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 이를 통해 연구자로 성장하기 위한 기반 역량을 체계적으로 학습할 수 있도록 합니다.
하계 워크샵: 연구를 처음 시작하는 대학원생을 대상으로 하며, 연구 설계의 기본 개념과 통계 프로그램을 활용한 기초 통계 분석 실습을 통해 학문적 연구의 기초를 학습할 수 있도록 합니다.
동계 워크샵: 연구자의 역량을 심화하는 과정으로, 학술 논문 게재 과정에 대한 전반적인 이해를 돕고, 심화 통계 분석 실습을 통해, 연구의 학문적 수준을 강화할 수 있도록 합니다.
